What if I’m running late?We understand that things come up! If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible by calling or texting [your phone number]. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, please note that sessions are tightly scheduled, and we won’t be able to shoot past noon. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we may need to shorten your session to ensure all participants get their photos. Unfortunately, if you arrive too late, we may need to reschedule your session based on availability. Please note: Rescheduling for a new date or location will result in an additional fee to accommodate travel and time.

How do I pay the remaining balance?The morning of the event, you will be emailed an invoice for the balance. You can pay your balance by any of the following options: cash check The link in your Wix invoice (3% processing fee)
